Deposit

When you make a reservation, the hotel is entitled to ask you for a deposit of up to 25% of the total cost of your stay. This amount cannot be less than the cost of accommodation for one day.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your reservation:

You will be refunded 100% of the money if you cancel at least 21 days before your stay

If you do not cancel up to 21 days before your stay, you must pay up to 50% of the total cost of your reservation.

If you do not notify us in time (21 days before), the hotelier is entitled to ask you for compensation of up to 50% of the agreement.
